We only accept returns and refunds for quality issues like loose stitching or holes, excluding any damage caused after use.Returns or refunds are not provided if the item is undamaged, but you dislike the material, color, size, or feel it differs from the pictures. 

** For damaged items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order and provide photos. 

** Ensure returned items have original packaging, tags, are unwashed, and unstained. 

** If you still insist on a return and refund, we will process the refund for your order once we receive the package. However, the return shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility
